The selected practice receives the structured case, evidence checklist, declarations and prepared certificate data.
The vet checks originals, scans the microchip, examines the pet, corrects anything needed, then prints, signs, stamps and issues.
Includes one pet. A second pet is £75. Up to five pets may be included on one certificate.
VetAHC will fail closed until the new template’s approved source, usage rights, checksum and document-control approval are recorded. No retiring template is available through the application.
The Official Veterinarian remains responsible for reviewing, correcting, printing, signing, stamping and issuing the document.
